The Tete Shopping comprises a central area with two floors destined to the Shopping Centre, flanked by two towers: an office tower with six floors, and a tower of five floors, where a clinic will be installed.

In addition to the construction of the buildings and the layout of the parking lot, the project also provides for the remodeling of the access roads, including connections to the two surrounding roads and the proposal to insert a roundabout at the intersection of the national road and the new one.

The buildings consist of six main structural bodies, separated by expansion joints.

A structural mesh defines a 6.5m square, which is the one that best responds to the functional-financial binomial. Exceptionally, spans of 13.0m were foreseen in the Mall area, aiming for the creation of circulation spaces on store fronts and enabling the implementation of vertical accesses through escalators. The structural design sought to respect the constraints inherent in a multifunctional space in a shopping centre and, with flexibility, to integrate all the installations mounted on the ceilings, free of blockages imposed by beams, whenever possible.

The structures consist of reinforced concrete frames, molded in situ.
