It is a 14-storey office building with a Z-shape plant and a 1500 sq. m floor plan area. The ground floor was designed for commerce use, whilst the four lower floors were planned for parking. Each parking floor is mismatched and there are ramps to overcome the gaps. Offices are located on upper floors, above the 5th floor.

There is also a technical floor in the basement, where the drinking water storage tank, the fire water tank and the sewage treatment plant are located.

The structures, in reinforced concrete, are framed, formed by columns and core walls, defining a regular mesh, although, in general, these frame horizontal members are ensured by floor slabs with drop panels. The structure of the mezzanine floor, at floor level 1 comprises a steel floor supported on concrete columns and steel columns of the facade.

Deep foundations were adopted, by using pile foundations.
