This project consisted of the remodeling and expansion of the Praia da Vitória Waterfront and Urban Park and the Paúl Tourist and Environmental Park.
The intervention to build the new Praia da Vitória waterfront included the environmental restoration of the strip of urban periphery that runs along the coast for more than 1 kilometre, including the roads, pontoons, beaches and embankments.
It develops as a pedestrian route, complemented by a one-way street and car parking, supported by facilities for catering, recreation and entertainment.
The intervention for the Paul Tourist/Environmental Park was intended to create a recreational and leisure area, achieved through the construction of buildings to support the Park, namely toilets, a restaurant and a surfbar.
